Description
This is the first graphite drawing that I've made in about three years... It doesn't feel that long ago, but it has been. Feels good to be getting back into it.

This is a gift drawing that I made for my very awesome friend, . In return for her making me great-looking and great-tasting birthday cakes and being a very thoughtful gift-giver, she gets a portrait of one of her favorite celebrities, Mr. Depp. She was very, very pleased with it (which is understating it a little lol), and I'm pleased that she was pleased.

This was also a drawing that was initially planned to be a sketch, but obviously I took things to the extreme opposite end. This was great practice at creating realistic skin textures, so I'm happy that it turned out this way.

kneadable eraser
blending stump
tissue for blending large areas
