His goal, and Team Genome's by extension, is to better humanity by utilizing Pokemon fusion and the abilities obtained through it. Considering Team Genome's secrecy, it is possible he cares more for himself. Often uses overly big words and techno-babble to get his point across and stun others into listening to him. Has no qualms against using under handed tactics to get what he wants. His mind said to rival the region's Pokemon Professor, Daniel Willow, but it is possible others only believe this due to his wider pool of resources and the Professor's crippling insecurity.
