Not only did Nat Silva say in her journal not to bash this person, this person has posted a link to Nat Silva's gallery in her description. This is obviously fan art of Nat Silva's drawings, and there is nothing wrong about that. This person isn't trying to copy Nat Silva. =/

It's fan art. If this person was stealing Nat Silva's idea, they wouldn't have linked to Nat Silva. This person hasn't claimed the idea of Mecha Mario as their own.

Well if there's a link to your gallery, I wouldn't worry about it Natz. I'd think it'd be nice to see how others handle your concept, just to see different ideas in design, etc.

No no.. i know they did post this before me, im quite clear on that matter.. ive been on DA for much longer though.. and ive been drawing Mecha for years.. 10 or so years! Im not trying to pick a fight.. all im saying is i was confused, and still am a little about this.. as the suit shown here is very similar to what i created dont believe me? Here have a look: [link]

The thing is is Sal, ive been on DA for about 4 years now, back in 2005 i signed up.. and before that ive been drawing Mecha for 10 odd years.. lol always evolving yknow.. but still with similar stuff you can all see in my Mecha gallery :3 so..what im saying, is even if this person DID link my gallery (not mecha though just main) really makes me curious and a little confused at the same time <3 as im unsire if its an actual fan art style pic... or a rip off X3

they look alike, but they could also just be combining mario, cyborg and a fairy. this mario also looks like it went on a diet

Mecha does stand for something you are right.. And theres only a few people (very close friends of mine in REAL LIFE) that have seen Mecha back like 10 odd years..
