Atom was an average dude with a 9 to 5 job. Though that job was at nuclear power plant. After constant reckless exposure to the radiation, Atom started to change inside and out. His fur changed color and experienced minor external mutations. He oozes toxic goop from his nose and mouth But what was cooking in his brain was a whole different story. He suffered major damage to his brain from said radiation exposure. This lead to a huge personality shift. Atom is now a boisterous, sly dog with a pair of cracked shades and a thirst for intimate relations with women. Especially those of that are cat women. He quit his job at the radioactive power plant and now actively being a bum hanging around clubs and avoiding his taxes.

His overall personality is outwardly chill and sly with slight hints of uneasiness and anxiety. He tends to be fiddling his hand, using them to make exaggerated gestures to spice up his interactions with others, or unnecessary scratching his body all over like his legs and arms. The slick and chill vibe he gives off can be very easily broken if a very lively party environment. He is a party animal who enjoys getting down and boogieing.
