a long awaited commission for hiruda!thank you for waiting so long. this is Andy- one of her characters from manga - RPS (rock.paper.scissors). her online manga is super stylish and fantastic. definitely give her a go when you guys get a chance. i highly recommend it (i you haven't heard of it yet).

i use a program called paintool SAI. you can download it for free here. it has a 30 day trial. let me know what you think of it. the line quality and brush quality for it is amazing. definitely prefer this program over photoshop.
