i saw a preview of the new tatsunoku vs. Street Fighter and i felt inspired by the wonderfully designed retro characters. so i drew a picture in the same vein as the gatchaman/tatsunoku productions guys.didn't do a bg for it yet tho. i'll upload the final one when it decides to happen.

Admittedly, he looks more like one of the Masked Riders but without the trademark helmet with the light-up eyes. That aside, it's quite an impressive piece of work. I'm guessing that this fella here is supposed to be Joe (or Jason as he was named in the "bastardised" Sandy Frank version from 1978, Battle Of The Planets)?
