Description
A Meme Master is about to inform the newcomer about how things go as far as Internet jokes go.As a late edit, the AoStH Robotnik look was added to give him the look that was intended.Ā The Gmod version can't be modified so well, and what I once saw that was closer to him was a pain in the butt to work with as a non-playable character.
