You and I stand here,A chasm in between.
The shift of interests
Has pushed our relation to its extremes;
When once there was nothing between us,
A gaping void now takes that place.
Soon we will be on opposite continents, and
Forced by the curvature of the earth
To be completely out of view.
The truth lies somewhere in the middle,
Where, I know not.
But I will not give up the search,
