This is a really funny picture, with his expression. You've done some nice adequate cell shading here, and you were very thourough, shading all the pills and letters. And you have a consistant light source, which is important too!
The bubble-like letterung you've used is pretty apropriate, you did that by hand, right? I always appreciates me some good bits of hand lettering. But maybe the S should've been a little bit thinner likemthe other letters? The P i can understand being thicker, since its capitalized.
The eyese are simply hilarious on this one, but I can't help but thin that they need to be accompanied by a demented smile as well?
I allso feel like something else could've been done with the background, like maybe extend the swirl all the way around?
