Like... none. It's a website made from simple HTML and CSS script. website making sites have to be created somehow too, you know? go to any website and right click "view source" or something along the lines. This is more or less what I write in a notepad to create a website.

I find this lady very beautiful and also very funny that in Portugal, April 25 is the day when we celebrate a revolution that as the name of the "Revolution of the Carnations", so this drawing seems very appropriated...
