Character from something that should become proper animation sometime in 2014 but for now GIF version! may i call it teaserI did more options for the glasses but the file was getting too huge. You can see them here.

You fight with photoshop stupid timeline. Or you animate in some decent program and then import to photoshop to save as gif. Whatever you find nice enough. I recommend googling to find the answer that would fit best for what you need.
