This is my own version ofMy initial thought was to make a sort of pin-up art-nouveau style illustration, all standing up and looking lovely and with lots of hair floating everywhere. But as I roamed for reference poses, I started thinking that it would be more interesting if I made something more dynamic and a bit disturbing.
And, if you've read =Yzabel 's description in the initial version of this, well, she is kinda crazy and she can manipulate Mind and Space with her magick, using the cat's cradle thingy as focus. Which I thought was a *brilliant* idea to begin with and that's why I wanted to make this. And she's supposed to be dumped in a looney-bin. Thus the smudged up Silent-Hill-y bgr and the -hopefully- claustrophobic format of the pic.
So, u tell me if I achieved the right atmosphere for a WoD theme
Done in PS with lineart in AI after the initial penciled sketch, which was based on this >>[link] by *Tasastock (And just to make things clear, I made a pencil drawing out of the preview, so I hope there's no exclusive stock rules infringement there?)
Miss Valentine obviously belongs to her Author, Yzabel Ginsberg.

What can I say? It's just perfect. The atmosphere conveyed here is exactly what you describedβthe part of Bedlam where she was locked in was clearly Silent Hill-esque in many regards, and it's just so fitting that I'm in awe. No, really.

Yeah, definitely! I had Jay next to me when I saw it for the first time and we were both " ... *_____* Wooaaaaaaaaah awesooooome", basically. Jay (Floyd's player) was especially impressed by/approved of the claustrophobic atmosphere. Said it was definitely how he envisioned Bedlam ^^
