I FINALLY designed Michelle's younger sister! Chrarlotte "Lottie" Cooper! She is three years younger than Michelle, and is 18 here

Name: Charlotte "Lottie" Allegra Cooper
Age: 18
Personality: Charlotte doesn't think the law is black and white, but followed in her mothers footsteps and doesn't agree with the way Michelle and Sly go about things. She is feminine and reserved, but is scary when she gets angry as she also has Carmelita's temper.

Bio: Lottie is estranged with Sly, and was never very close with Carmelita even though she wanted to be. She has a deep seeded jealousy of Michelle, as Michelle was always the "favourite". She keeps it hidden well, and despite everything that has happened still wants to reconcile with her family and still loves them dearly.

As Carmelita's death occurred soon after Lottie's birthday, Lottie took it as a sign to go into law enforcement. As expected, this meant that Lottie and Michelle would not get on after that. Lottie stayed in school and lived with Sly and Michelle until she was 18, then moved out and proceeded to become a police officer.

She often was forced to go after her sister, but for the most part would do her best to bring justice. However, like Carmelita, on rare occasions she will team up and help out Michelle and the gang.
