ohhhhhhh.....this is soooo coooool...
lol
man, i've been wanting to do an iPod artwork for so long now, i've just never been able to really put it down on paper. about a month ago, i did atempt to do it, but i tried to cheat, getting a sillouette of one of my previous I.D.s, but it just didnt turn out right. just yesterday, i was flipping through my sketchbook, and found another attempt that i never got to finish; an upwards view of the corner of a building.
then, all of a sudden, a picture appeared in my head, and i drew it! i also had a revelation; it's alot easier to draw a figure from foot to head instead of head to foot! for some reason, it worked for me, and i got a neat pose out of it. only took me about 45mins to make the digital version, but i am incredibly pleased with it.
*whew*
i finally did it!
P.S. by the way, he's listening to some dark Drum & Bass music, probably DJ DB or something...
or a Mortal Kombat remix... not sure yet...

Hm, this is fully awesome, but maybe removing the white line would improve the picture? It doesn't really seem to add anything and it detracts from the focus. Just a thought.

Brilliant idea!
I used to draw people from foot to head about two years ago...Mom finally pointed out that it's easier the other way 'round. So now it's just a habit to draw from head to foot.

o rly? that is true in a lot of senses, but for some reason, doing it the opposite way this time just worked out for me. maybe its cuz of the perspective i was trying to draw... i dunno. but hey! it worked!
