Last time I completed a piece on Emerald was around 2018, a unfinished piece was created a year later in 2019 but it was never completed and it stays in my sketchbook. Emerald was created in 2018 and was the stand alone parent to Lavender (an Infernowing, original tribe) It was later decided that Emerald was blinded in her left eye and was partnered in a lesbian relationship with Orelander a leafwing that washed up on shore like lavenders egg did.

Orelander later become a blind male Skywing (backstory in editing), he and Emerald have three dragonets of their own Billabong (Oldest) Daintree and the youngest Range (not in this image). Emerald lives outside of the Rainwing village for her and Orelander's family.

I love Emerald and I love the way her character is going atm, also I don't give dragons babies because yk babies, it's because Wolfquest has corrupted me into making linages, this will also create a drift as Lavender finds a rumor about a dragon like her, named Flamecatcher. But she is later reported as dead killed by Queen Burn, a Sandwing named Sandstriker gave Lavender Flamecatcher's old books and scrolls (met after Sandstriker's family moved to the north east of the Nightwing Village, for drug trades) Emerald was sent to keep an eye on the new band of dragons and that's how they met.

Lavender what's to find her tribe her dragons but is torn between her adoptive and real family. But here's a piece of Emerald with Lavander(alone on the left), Billabong and Daintree's eggs, I tried to better on the shading
