I wonder if I already posted this. If not, I forgot why I didn't post it yet.
Drew this some time ago to test a new colouring style. I still don't like it, but I guess I'm getting it down. I dunno why I drew Cloud like this, but I tend to draw the little thing all scary-like a lot.. Might become part of the storyline.
I've also recently been getting into Peter Fox's music. He's a German artist, and I must say, he's pretty amazing. c: So I named this picture after one of his songs. I might draw a picture inspired by 'Der Letzte Tag', hrm..
Sorry for the lack of art lately, I just can't seem to do much any more.
Blah blah art block.. I'm still working on the Blood-Sports though, but I don't think I'll get far with this attitude.. Sigh.. Exam year coming up..So here's some more original shit on my main account, because certain people want me to.

That part that makes it for me is, while the rest of the creature has some form of shading and highlighting to it, the eyes alone remain stark black voids that pull you in if you stare long enough (which I have 
The idea with the foggy breath is neat because it instills the idea of a chilly atmosphere that steals away the warmth and hope of your body when you're in its realm *reading too much into this lol*
I think your style also makes it look pretty awesome in a way that any other style might not be able to replicate as effectively. It's loose and had some nice motion. Nicely done. c:

Anyway, yeah, I do like the picture. Personally, I think you made a good choice with the coloring in this one. The shade of green used sure adds a sickly and gut-wrenching atmosphere to it. It's also great how you made his saliva look really thick with a cloud of his breath forming outside his mouth. It seems to add some effect to the picture itself.
If there's one thing you could do though, try to make the lines look like they connect more. Like his back doesn't seem to be that connected. It pays to always sketch lightly before doing the line art. Another thing you can do is try stylize the line art a bit. Make it look a little edgier. It will make it look less like you just spammed the pen tool on Photoshop. But that's just me.
Anyway, good picture so far. Can't wait till you post up more stuff. ^^
Speaking of which, I should be working on that comic. Gotta get it done before Monday. >>

:'D YAY thanks! I wanted to mostly use tones of green in this to give the picture some kind of acidly, sickly-like atmosphere. Glad I succeeded. :3 And yeah, in my opinion monsters only get scarier when they have really thick saliva and a noticable breath.
Yeah, I think that's one of the reasons why I didn't post it. I did sketch this, but when I outlined it it just got weird and there was no way for me to fix it. Other than that, I think I just like the contrast with the clean lineart and the messy colouring. Making the lineart edgier takes a little too much time imo. Either my lineart is really messy, or it is really clean. ;;
