When I used to be on the Invader Zim Amino, I made an AU of Dib being the irken and Zim being a human.

Dib- Irken Invader with a big green head. He has irken glasses. He was sent to Earth in exile. His goal is to invade Earth, but is incompetent. One of his evil plans involves Gaz.

GIR- A defective SIR Unit who couldn't care less about his master's plans. He is threatening. If Dib grabs the Game Slave out of GIR's robot claw, he will attack him.

Zim- A human who is in fifth grade and is arch enemies with Invader Dib. Zim is not a paranormal investigator, but he is only obsessed about exposing Dib to protect his little sister Gaz. Zim would do anything to protect her.

Gaz- A human in second grade who is Zim's little sister. She is very sweet and loves her brother. She just wants to be with him and her father. At first, she likes aliens, but when she is kidnapped by Dib, she is afraid of him.

Professor Membrane- The father of Zim and Gaz. He is a very busy scientist at the Membrane Lab, and doesn't have a lot of time to hang out with them. He's the one who orders Zim to keep an eye on Gaz and is the creator of Minimoose.

Minimoose- The Membrane's pet moose. Zim and Gaz really wanted a pet, but Professor Membrane never had the time to buy one for his children, so he created Minimoose. It is a genderless purple moose that only squeaks and it always greets the Membrane family when they enter the house.
