I do plan i making a full 30sec of the song....right now it is 17sec of animation.I made this cause i got bored and my bro was listening to the theme song so yea....i really dont like naruto but tobi is easy to draw!
(this was about my 3rd time experimenting with flash so dont be mean)

Well, my honest oppinion?
Not too well animated, might want to take a higher framerate (I use 24) and maybe some more actual animation, but since you did this in 15 minutes, i can somewhat understand
