borockman/Vixy gets this weapon from defeating Smiley Man . As demonstrated by borockman, s/he gets to use an extendable grabber claw. This is very useful for grabbing items blocked off by walls/obstacles.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kinda reminds me of MagicMan's Magic Card ability, which has a similar function of grabbing items behind walls.
And a bit of Hornet Chaser (which could also grab items).
Or using the ghost Ugoyle in Argoyle/Ugoyle form in Megaman ZX Advent.
