oh, I wasn't too good with an original design or anything, but this particular guide really helped me out [link]
the pattern for a kigu is really abstract and blob like :s i found it really troublesome to imagine at first. For some, tracing a sweater you may already own might work better. I'd say, buy tons of fleece and try to see what works best for you!
