Description Here's my idea of how a ceratosaurus may look in the land before time world.

An alright design. Your designs do work for the Land Before Time Universe, but If I were to design dinosaurs for future Land Before Time sequels, I would have to make them at least make my mind say the kind of dinosaur it is, unlike some of them such as the Yellow-bellies (Beipiaosaurus) and the Hookthumb Sharpteeth (Baryonyx) that don't quite look like the animals themselves. I would also make them look Don Bluth-esque in design since the Land Before Time had Don Bluth in part of the making, even doing most of the work on it like obviously being the director. I would base them on Dinosaur toys (nostalgic old-school ones as well as more modern ones) as well as books (preferably old-school books for children from the 1960's to 1990's that have information about all kinds of dinosaurs, such as Dougal Dixon's Dinosaurs and Richard Zallinger's Dinosaurs and Other Prehistoric Reptiles).

Personally I would like to give it more crocodillian-like scaling and body armor that's similar to the Crocodile and Alligator characters made by the Walt Disney company as main characters for their theatrical movies, to replicate the kind of heavy scaliness of Ceratosaurus. You know, for a stylistic touch. Everything else is fine to me.

Yeah, I do like how you gave the carnivore some sharp looking teeth of destruction over some more cutesy looking facial expressions.Β

Whatever the function of its nose horn and raised brows is, Ceratosaurus has cool features.

I've held ideas that many paleontologists have had- that predatory dinosaurs had different hunting methods, unique to each. For example, Allosaurus may used its jaws like a hatchet, slashing down on a prey, whereas T.rex had a much stronger bite and would have used the method of a crushing bite to weaken its prey and bring it down.

Yes and maybe carnotaurus rammed their prey with their horned heads

Yeah even though in real life those 2 dinosaurs would never have met, still I actuallyΒ kinda like it when films butΒ Β put dinosaurs from all 3 periods together Β
