The title is a fictional band from a TV show called Chuck. It's a mix of the names Jeff and Lester, but in this case, it's a mix of Jeffree Star and Jester. Jeffree star being this dude: [link] and Jester being my sister ^_^ This was her Halloween costume. If you knew her, you'd know it was bound to happen. She really likes the dude and, gasp, actually looks a lot like him! BUUUUt, this isn't under photomanipulation for nothing. I had to do a lot to get it like this. She isn't really that pale, and her hair isn't pink. But she did actually shave her eyebrows xD it was awesome.
