Saraswati is the third and the most known wife of lord Bramha. Lord Bramha was so fascinated by his own creation that to see her in whichever direction she appeared , he grew four heads and when she appeared from above , he grew a fifth head which was cut off by Lord ShivaGodess Saraswati is the godess of art , music, knowledge , education , wisdom and learning and speech
She is usually seen playing veena( a musical instrument). A swan is often located next to her.
She is the godess of creativity. She represents knowldege to such an extent that every book, paper, anything study related is seen as a form of saraswati and carelessly harming them would mean harming the godess herself.
The seventh night form is godess Kalaratri
The bitter opposite of the kind and never angey saraswati is Kalaratri. She is one of the destructive forms of godess parvati
Kalaratri is the personification of the horrors of war, laying its unpleasantness bare. She has a frighthful appearance. She mounts on a donkey . Her complexion is that of the darkest of nights with bountiful hair. She holds a scimitar and a thunderbolt
Her appearance is seen as bearing doom for evil-doers

Most certainly I knew about Saraswati but I didn't know the reason behind Brahma's four heads and also, is kalaratri kali?

umm , there are ppl who do not differentiate between kalaratri and kali but yet there are ppl who differentiate them umm , in my opinion according to the stories
bhadrakali(yet another different godess x3) was summoned by shiva to assist kalabhairav to kill daksh
kali was the ferocious form of godess parvati in which she almost destoryed everything , then when she stepped on shiva's heart , she came to her senses
kalaratri is one of the nine night forms of the godess (especially for navratri). Other mentions of kalartri are rare but she was mentioned in mahabharata once , she was said to appear before ashwatthama to make him realise his mistakes
Well the notable differences between kali and kalaratri are kali never mounts on a donkey while kalaratri is never seen without her donkey and kali holds a head(cut off head of a demon) while kalaratri's four hands hold a scimitar , a thunderbolt and the other two hands are the mudras (most of the gods/godesses' two hands resemble these , protection and blessing
so yea , according to me , they're definetly different
