I don't like the flowers themselves, but the colour is pretty. I think this one would do nicely with a touch more contrast as well.

I really don't like the flowers in this shot, but it's still a very good picture, looking past the flowers there's a lot of really good colour, tone and detail, the focus was very good leaving a pleasing depth of field. The only thing I'd try to do next time is not cut the top off the main subject.

ahh, yeah, that little piece that was cut off killed me a little on the inside. I spent some time debating whether or not i should put it up but the feedback i have gotten on this photo really helps me, so i'm glad i uploaded it.

Wow, this is really great. I really love the wrinkled look of the petals on the purple flowers. It feels so napkin-ee or paper towel-ee. And the leaves are really amazing as well with their dead tips and dull green color.
The background is great to, the blurry effect on the leaves behind the flowers really make the petals of the flowers seem sharper and appear to jump off of the page and the various colors and hues throughout the picture itself are very nice from the white leaves behind to the green leaves to the light reflecting off of them. Good Job.

I really like the way the colours complement and contrast with each other here... The aperture could have been smaller, if you get what I mean? So that the background is blurrier...
The framing is great, but it's a small shame that the top appears to chop off a bit of the petal.
I also feel a vignette wouldn't hurt, but eh.
