I'll admit, knocking the dust off was nice.

That's good to hear. I've been having some major ironing issues, so I'm not sure if I will ever be back :/

What is the issue, the iron itself?holes not uniform, or worse breaking in fuse?

Breaking in fuse. For some reason, they are not melting even at all. It's happened twice on the Capcom vs SNK Card Game sprites and I can't figure it out. Like one will be extremely overmelted and the one next to it looks like I just put it fresh on the board. Really confusing (also I did buy a new iron after the first one and using the new iron on the second was the same :/ )

Uneven melting is what makes these unique, but I have found using parchment paper, not reused, and just laying the iron on,top for about 10 seconds, each section worked well.then, apply light pressure till you can see all holes in the sprite melted to the paper.then, turn over from the boards.lf you expierience that it is sort of stuck to the board, don't stretch it, but rather slowly lift from non stuck to center.

I think I might need to buy new boards, I feel that that is the only thing I haven't tried changing in this scenario...
