Description It occurs to me that Irving from phineas and ferb doesn't get much love on Deviantart. As annoying as he can be, I feel bad for him.

Honestly, the only thing I liked about Irving was the fact that he's voiced by Jack McBrayer, aka Wander and Fix-it Felix Jr. (two Disney characters I REALLY like).
