My custom made collage themed wallpaper of Pokemon's resident Tomboyish Mermaid of Cerulean City, Misty. This image has three of Misty's most iconic styles: herself, magician's assistant in a Goldeen dress and as the Magical Mermaid. Ash may have traveled with other lady friends, but I will always think of the first and most favorite out of those girls. Misty will always be number one to me (as long as you don't get her in her bad side, that is.

Definitely one of the better PokΓ©mon characters, certainly one of the better female leads. Too bad the writers just stuffed her into the gym instead of actually letting her pursue her Water PokΓ©mon Master goal. Well, let's hope she returns in the current anime, they did bring her back for Sun and Moon (not to mention really redeemed the Gym Leaders via her and to a certain extent Brock especially after the writers tastelessly depicted them as complete jokes akin to Team Rocket on their worst days starting with AG up to Best Wishes).
BTW, ever think of having her with Kasumi from Dead or Alive in one of your artworks? I mean, technically, they share the same name in Japan and, heck, Kasumi even sort of looks like an older version of Misty.
