I have no idea what to do re eyes as the reference picture shows only the white glints that I've done :/
One month til this baby gets wrapped! Any pointers as I have time?

Much better job, but I would still consider adding more color variation in the dogs, to incorporate the background. Such as using muted greens by the feet, lower legs, pinks by ears, etc.

I'll start with the clouds in the back because I think they are really cool
And then get to the dogs, which are completely adorable!! I think you solved the eyes problem pretty well!
