A simple "no" would have sufficed. Idk who you are, so how could I know? My ESP doesn't work so well over the internet. Plus, the general understanding to capital letters is shouting- I don't appreciate that.
I expect people to ask if they can use my icons. But not just ask, ask nicely. I know it's not downloadable. The only reason for it to be that way is if I make it so.
If someone can't be civil and ask nicely, then I don't see why I should make downloading it an option.
