I think the chibi is great but here are some personal opinion u may take note of XD
1.The head could be a bit larger
2.The hair could add a bit more detai ^^
3.Maybe it is just me but I think the standing pose is a bit wired apart form the one at the far right
Sorry for not able to give much but since everyone have their own style in chibi it is hard to give feedback T^T
