I simply LOVE the sketchiness of this. I do wish the hair was a bit different. It really looks like something from Dragon Ball Z. Would like to see more dark lines (heaviness) to make the image pop, kinda like how you did the eyes (which are wicked, BTW). His headband is off... the metal part in particular. It looks like it shrunk in width. The symbol is a bit off too. The little pointed part that looks like the cornea of an eye needs to be shorter. And I believe there are 3 bullets on each side in the metal part as opposed to just two on either side. Overall, the sketch is kick-ass. I would look at sketches all day and be dazed by them.
P.S. I don't think the eye is too small. It's fine and the Adam's apple does not have to always show. I know a lot of people whose Adam's apple don't show as much as others or don't show at all (because of fat or just too muscular).

Eye is definitely too small. And I don't see his Adam's apple, so define that. That would include slightly shrinking the width of the neck.
Wish I can sketch like that on the comp.

looks good anii~ the only thing that really sticks out is his hair. i think it should be more of straight up than diagonal like zack's. hmm more like a bunch of wheat tied to stand upright? anyway, looks great and i like the sketchy feel. keep it up
