First of all, great work with the colour choises, I like the fact that you used lots of different colours (especially the bright ones) without none of them looking out of place.

The shadings on her clothes are okay, but the shadings on her right sleeve are much better than elsewhere. You should use as much attention to other shadings as you used on the sleeve.

The biggest problem in my opinion is the hair, although I don't know much about digital colouring. It seems like it consists of plates of colour instead of hair strands, so a smaller brush and more strokes following the hair motion would've made it better.

I also had a hard time noticing the dog ears, and I think you should've used some other than the hair colour to make them stand out more.

It also might've been better if her nose had been drawn a bit more from the side, since now it looks like your looking at it from straight ahead, even though the head's a bit sideways.

I hope I didn't sound too negative, since you obviously have a good eye for the colours. And there's nothing that a little practice couldn't fix.
