I see the angels,

No remorse cause I still remember
The smile when you tore me apart.
You took my heart,
Deceived me right from the start.
You showed me dreams,
I wished they'd turn into real.
You broke a promise and made me realize.
It was all just a lie.
Sparkling angel, I couldn't see
Your dark intentions, your feelings for me.
Fallen angel, tell me why?
What is the reason, the thorn in your eye?
I see the angels,
I'll lead them to your door

This picture just means the betrayal of a person close to you, when you thought that they would be the only person that would never hurt you. That's why the White Queen has killed the White King while all the black pieces are just watching.

Wow... This is simply stunning and beautiful! What a gorgeous concept, using a chess board... It seems to imply that betrayal is a game of sorts, one without rules or mercy... And really, that's all it is.
Something happened just a few days ago in which I felt betrayed. Even though I wasn't directly affected, it's still an awful, terrible feeling... This artwork of yours echoes that emotion very well.
This is definitely fave-worthy, and when I have time I am definitely taking a look at the rest of your gallery.
