I like this photo, very well done, but I do have to agree you should have toned down the light just a tad cause the hair and the light almost blend in together. I really do love this photo though, very well done.

I love how blurred the background is on this photo.
You definitely got the model as the focus in this shot.
As for the light overall...it is a bit overpowering.
I would have stopped it down just a bit.
But in some composition for the model to fade in a background in some way like this can be a clever composition too.
But all and all...lovely shot.

Personally (as you are asking for in-depth critique), although the model is gorgeous, I think that the image is way too burnt out around the top of her hair/head. Gorgeous model, but needs the light sorted.
