Well you hit the bird accidentally as you went along the road. It's still a road kill 
As always brillint. Again movement, an almost radiant contrast and the lines / perspective in this are really nicely composed.
May be you got a blessing from above through the bird.

that sillhoute of the bird is so off in the side of hte picture its very unusal...making this image stand out. Who said a focal point has to be near the middle?
