Baby ChanceLast summer a family friend called me with a particular problem she was faced with. She let her dog out for her evening pee and the dog scared a rabbit in her yard. But what happened was that the dog literally scared the baby out of the mother rabbit and left the baby behind.
I came to pick it up and take care of it for the night and then put it back in the yard in the morning and the mother took him back. During the night though, I couldn't resist taking a few pictures of the baby bunny.

Baby rabbits are ridiculously fragile and easy to stress out. Really not looking forward to baby season this year. They're so sweet looking when they're new.
