Hi, Mark, thank you so much for the wonderful compliment and the ! I'm really glad you like this one. I think you might like the next one too... but don't know when I'll get a chance to post again. As always after I post I'm deluged with comments. Am going to try to sort most of them out. I'm sure several won't require answers. Besides, now I am taking time to enjoy art, rather than feeling so guilty about being so far behind in messages and deviations. It feels soooo good not to feel guilty!

Glad you like it. has a tutorial for doing Grand Julians too. That's what this one is, a Julian. Actually... the reason I spell it JuliaN is because it is a julia taken to the Nth degree.

Awww, Big, I am sooo glad you like it. Thank you for the on it too. I got to a lot of my deviations today, but skipped over yours so I can take more time with them. Sigh... I'm still almost 900 behind and I did a LOT tonight. Hey, I think you'll like the next julian I post too. I hope you will anyway.

I do honestly think it is your best piece so far...

You keep improving and trying new things and that is important...

I will finally upload a new piece tonight...

As I have actually rendered a piece on my oven... oh I mean laptop... with a fan running on it continuously and a ruler underneath to give space for airflow

lolol at the oven bit. I so well remember when I was doing this for the first week or so in Lubbock because I didn't have my PC. I will try to get to deviations in the not too distant future. I keep going through them and clearing out ones I'm sure I don't want to look at... or ones where the artist has only posted one or two... but I keep putting off the ones posted by my friends. So... yours are still waiting for me.

Sigh... I don't think I am EVER going to get caught up on deviations and journals. Right now I have almost 1300 deviations and I have 101 journals. Holy crap! It might be journal clearing time again. I hate to do it, but I would rather clear journals than deviations!
