Description One of my gradient files. These are ones I call organic because the colors blend into each other and work really well for the old-fashioned fractals I like to make.

If you use them I'd love to see what you do!

Hugs,
Anj

Yes its minimalistic but interesting for a gradient

I like it no matter what it is supposed to be about. It has a nice visual effect. It's kinetic.

Thank you... the download is for a file of gradients, but I don't suppose you can use them on Jwildfire.

Very soft and pretty colours, and I love your fractal!

Awww... thank you! The funny thing about it? It's not supposed to be about the fractal, it's supposed to be about the gradient file! But so many people have commented in the fractal that I think I might have to see if I can find it and render it larger.
Big hugs,
Anj

I like the gradients and the fractal! I'd love it if you could find and render the fractal.

I'll have to load my render.flame and see if it's in there.

Thank you! The responses I've gotten on this fractal make me think I need to try to find it to render it larger.

Your Welcome Anjaleck!
I think that Uf uses .ufr files.
I have never used Apo!

Darn! Well, maybe you could just rename them that? I don't know enough about UF to know. If I had a .ufr file here I'd open it in Notepad and check it out.

Thank you! It's funny... the fractal has gotten more attention than the gradients!

I'm kinda partial to that one too and wonder why I never did more with it.

I don't use gradient packs because I either make my own or take the default ones and change them with the tools but your great fractal immediately caught my attention It's a great eyecatcher

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

anjaleck In reply to baba49 [2012-05-21 04:26:38 +0000 UTC]

Thank you, dear! Maybe I ought to see if I can find the render and render it larger.

I make my own gradients too, hence the gradient pack. It's amazing the people who don't know how to handle the gradients in the adjustment window. Most of the time I make a new gradient for a new fractal... or, like you, modify one I already have.

baba49 In reply to anjaleck [2012-05-29 21:44:25 +0000 UTC]

I find it is quicker to make a new gradient than to browes through hundreds of old ones to find something fitting. I suppose I should use apo map more often to be quick at it. That would probably be the best

anjaleck In reply to baba49 [2012-05-30 04:40:43 +0000 UTC]

I know exactly what you mean... but I don't know anything about Apo Map. I just usually make my gradients by double clicking until I find something I think I can work with.

Apo Map can come in handy for me if I want two or three specific colors but sometimes I just paint them in psp and import the image with smooth palett. If you don't have Apo Map and you are curious here is the link: [link]
