I think that's a solid critique.
I personally am bewildered by the long knitted scarf and or sweater. It presents the subject in a package which is interesting but cuts across the natural curves of her shape and black top. A tighter crop may have had the same effect.
The eyes being semi hidden isn't bad except that she has gorgeous eyes that makes me wonder why hide them unless it's an extension on the title 'hold on to you' as in keeping a fixed gaze in her mind.
I would suggest a slightly darker and redder lipstick to pop out her pretty lips instead of the flesh beige color.
