i think i'm getting better at this.. or rather, i'm always catching the better sunsets nowadays...lol tho, on the bad side, I have no idea why there're spots.. perhaps the lens wasn't cleaned properly and the sun's rays were boucing off those droplets.. =S
what say you say about this?

nah.. not the flare... hahaha...
it was those bright little dots you can see on the silhouette of the buildings... i'll get that taken off in a bit tho.. lol

Oh, those. They're just where there's a huge change in contrast between the dark building and bright unnatural lights. Some cameras hate that sort of thing (especially digital ones).
