Anya again, showing off what those markings can let her do. Theyre surgical "enhancements", put in against her will, that allow her to not only to attract but also store a huge amount of static electricity. She can keep it stored until she needs to use it, or when shes bored she can arc it from hand to hand. Unfortunately if she uses it against someone she also feels the shock. Shes built up a resistance to it a bit, but it still can be very dangerous for her.Had fun with this one, although the initial sketch took over an hour for me to do. I used s lightning tutorial here [link] to make the lightning. Fun fun
