wow I can't read what everyone else has said about this, so at risk of repeating this... heh
the only thing that sets me back is the shadow on the text. I know its just a preference, but I think it would look better clean like the text at the bottom, more like it fits with the almost vectorish look of the grey shapes
other than that...I really like it... so nice and clean, and asymmetrical, soft colors, veritcal gradient... very smooth
