Took this as my texture practice. So that pretty much sum up the closeup. I actually fiddled around my usual shading techniques as well.

Lolz, though~ I do want to point out a mistake that's really only noticeable to me since it's my character 'n all. x3 She's actually a puppy/dog with one half floppy ear. :3 THOUGH. XD I still LOVE this picture. x3 =3 I really really do, you do an amazing job on it. =3

Glad it worked out, a bit inexperience with getting the fur facing the right way. Had to go look for reference for that. Other than that I went crazy with lines ...
I usually use the last few out of the end of the day to do a daily doodle thing as I do need to catch up on practice(no for school but on my art skill overall)
In other word I stop being a lazy mass and start doing something for once!!! >3<
