Aww thanks. I'm working on a couple of Scouts at. I drilled the holes out and that looks pretty cool. I wish I could get the color you used here, it's really nice (the grim green).

The green is Khaki Dust from Taubmans, you can get it in a mini sample pot and it last forever!

It was applied with an airbrush, 1:1 with Windex.

What does the windex do? Never heard of that before?

The paint is too thick to run through the airbrush alone, it needs to be watered down. For an oil based paint you can use Mineral Turps but for Acrylic the best thing turns out to be Windex. It seems odd but it works really well as a thinner.

That's cool. I usually just use water with acrylic for thinning purposes, but I would be interested to try windex to see the difference.
