This is absolutely amazing! First of all, I adore the facial expressions you used 'cause they look completely bad ass. Your shading is on point, giving a sort of flexible overtone with the clothes, and it's very consistent. I really like Miwako's hair style in this, and it's very close to what I had planned for her adulthood appearance. (You also got the height exactly spot on 
I also really need to applaud you on the hands and fingers, because I always have difficulty drawing those so when I see a good hand with fingers I think it deserves praise by itself. So:

Sometimes, to draw the fingers, I take a photo of my own hand in a mirror (with the desired pose) and so it makes me a model
