I hope you have already read Naruto Gaiden 10, in which Sasuke, Sakura and Karin themselves confirmed that Sakura is, indeed, Sarada's real mother. c; Thus, Sakura being Sarada's real mother is a canon fact that was officially confirmed in the actual manga.
