Description
I created this bead embroidered necklace both with a plan in mind and with a slight touch of free-form. What I did was to decide where I wanted the focal piece and the five spangled glass cabs, after that I just beaded out a shape as I went and stopped when I felt happy.The leather stripe is approx. 60cm and can easily be knotted in the back to adapt the length of the necklace.
Materials: a handmade (not by me) dichroic glass cabochon, 4mm Swarovski crystal bicones, 5x spangled glass cabochons, purple dyed freshwater pearls, 4mm round pearly glass beads by Gütermann, long magatamas by Miyuki, 15/0 11/0 seed beads by Miyuki and Toho, 3mm bugles by Miyuki, 10/0 hex cut beads by Matsuno, Tila beads, 4mm & 3mm faceted firepolished glass beads by Preciosa, one mother of pearl chip bead

Det blev lite sent denna vecka, sitter och skriver detta på tisdag natt så vi har alldeles nyss passerat tidsgränsen till 26e feb. Galet att denna månad snart är slut. Mitt liv är lite uppochnedvänt just nu men jag ber om ursäkt för det omskyfflade schemat av submissions och att detta nyhetsbrev kommer så sent. Ett ganska kort nyhetsbrev denna vecka men en hel del jobb-annonser, en del lite inom konst, några inom webb och grafik och så några annorlunda.
