Me too... I pretty much never use filters but it was maybe jkirst or someone who mentioned it to me a while back... Though I have had these filters for years I never used them... The first time I used Hypertiling was on a second version of Last Ride To Camelot... and I may have used it 3 or 4 times since.... As much as I am not a fan of 3rd oarty filters I must admit I like this one and Fraxplorer... I also like flood but i rarely ever see anyone use it properly... I much admit I make my own water but use flood for totally different kinds of effects like glass or woor or perspective mirroring.....
Just banging flod onto an image with some twiddles and turns absolutely riuns an image imho.... must do a tut on how to use it effectively one of these days.....
Materialiser is also worth a look....
