I like this picture, even with the creep factor to it. The model who's blindfolded really does seem to get across the feeling of being scared, and to me it even looks sort of tired. The tired where you're just ready to give up.
And the guy in the back, well, he's just a floating head and a pair of hands, looking rather impassively at the subject. He's what makes this picture for me.

thank you very much, Blindfolded Model is me, and i'm very grateful for your comments. The guy in the back is an actor named David Lydon. In the actual film he would be my older brother, whom believes i've killed his daughter.

It makes sense why he seems to be a little testy with you. He would be your much older brother I'm assuming.
Clearly the emotion is there, he seems rather careless to what you're feeling. I will admit, at first I thought it was some sort of kidnapping picture, with no pre-exisiting relationship between the two characters. Still, sounds like an interesting story.
