This is absolutely gorgeous! I love the overall soft feel this picture has.
I am in love with that fur... I feel like I could stick my fingers through my monitor and pet her and she'd be so soft... I want her has my pillow! You did fantastic with the colors, shading, and smudging it looks like? You kept the direction of the fur in mind, which a lot of people forget and just start smudging it around in random directions. Her eyes... They make me jealous. 
There's only one part of this image that I think could be improved - and it's something tiny.

the fur's really easy, actually. just use the burn tool in random places, then smudge it. then just continue that for layers. ;D

okay, well there is this guy which wrote in his signature "the worst artist on DA 'link'" and the link sent anyone who clicked it to their profile. my friend didnt understand the "joke" and she thought it was really directed at her, that she was the worst artist on DA, so i went and found out it the link was just "me.deviantart.com" and not Shapeshifter314.deviantart.com, and then we considered it mean to tell people who dont know the joke that they are the worst artist on DA. So she posted on his profile. then this picture shows up on this guys, like, millionth account(this dude has like infinite amount of accounts, seriously) and my friend and i think its mean for people to think we are butthurt newfags, here is the picture: [link]

i think it was really just a joke.
a TON of people do that.
the guy who did it seems pretty popular and you won't be able to do anything about getting that down.
so what i'd do is just comment on the picture just saying something like "okay, haha, you got me. i have to admit, it was kinda funny." but other than that? i wouldn't do anything.
